That in itself has become quite a powerful statement this past few years, but also in the past and definitely in the future it will be as well.

Has it been difficult? Or am I just intimidated. Both, but it should really be neither in scale.

Maybe I was just young and absent in noticing but I don’t think that was the case. I have gotten along very well with my co workers in most of my jobs. Although, this may not have always been the case. I remember instances early on where I faced inappropriate verbal accounts, and I have heard similar accounts from colleagues of my age as well as otherwise.

  1. Education
  2. Allegations
  3. Awareness

Leadership is where I see the true distinction. I have had male bosses and female bosses. But most of what I have gotten to see in higher, executive leadership is male dominated. Again, this could just be my experience and it truly depends on your field of work, but it is definitely a common occurrence.
